Customer Control Performance Report

The Challenge:

This recruitment organization needed to provide a major client with direct visibility of the details of transactions and performance statistics on filling staffing requisitions. The internal executive management also wanted a way of accessing key performance indicators with this client.

woman sitting with arms round foldersWhen Official Intelligence engaged with the client the current approach was to dedicate the time of one key consultants to manually compile these reports, a process estimated to take up to 20 hours, calling for much after hours work by key staff.

Official Intelligence were selected to develop a suite that involved the troubleshooting of existing reports and designing new Crystal reports that would allow specific client information to be forwarded to key account personnel.

The task was to create easy to use, understandable reports that would be run manually and could be exported to a format which can be manipulated before presentation to external parties. These reports are to access data for Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland branches according to user defined parameters.

The Solution:

A suite of 8 reports was compiled. These display staff requisition information, charge rates, pay rates and hours worked by candidates according to pre-defined cost codes, identification of candidates who have worked over a certain number of hours and up to four weeks before bank holidays.

The Results:

Immediate information is now visible and accessible at external and internal interfaces, improving customer service and communication. The pay entitlements of candidates are readily available. The charge rate for candidates is accessible for this key account. The Service Level Agreement conformity is measured and KPIs are constantly monitored.
