Client Spend and Turnover Reports
The Challenge:
In this organization the executive management had limited visibility of the amount spent by clients or the profit made by the company.
The executive management wanted a way to provide direct visibility into the spend levels for all clients across up to 30 branches. This information would be used to grade clients in gold, silver and bronze status and plan align future marketing and target strategies accordingly.
Official Intelligence was selected to design and develop a performance management system that would allow executive management to instantly access the client in the format they needed. The task was to create easy to use, understandable reports that would calculate the spend and profit relating to each of the company’s clients.
The Solution:
A summary report was created to display the amount invoiced and profit per invoice for each client in every branch for a year to date period, in comparison with the same time period the previous year.
An initial prototype, designed by Official Intelligence, is being tested by the executive management team with a view to adding additional reports and rolling it out across all divisions and departments.
The Results:
Immediately information for which there was no visibility was accessible at executive management level. Marketing strategy can be aligned to current client needs, behaviours, and spending pattern trends. The executive management are “delighted with the report” at this stage.
